Monday morning...   What a great weekend..Saturday: Daughters 21st and her boyfriend organised a great surprise party while i took her horse riding and chilled in the sun.   However whilst chilling in the sun...thinking about Acu-Nova and what will be the plan for the coming week. Sunday: Took dogs on fantastic walk to the lighthouse where 1. I almost got caught butt naked by a group of German tourists ... I thought it was a remote beach!  and the dogs made the water look sooooo inviting so i thought i would strip off too....duh!!  and  2. almost had to call someone to rescue me because poor old dog would not climb back up the cliff!!!  however with persuasion, pushing and pulling rescue by the Guardia civil was avoided! Thank goodness my cold will be better by next week and my normal Sunday entertainment of talking to fishes  under the sea will prevail.....no i am not nuts...but I am a diving fanatic...and Sundays, come summer and winter see me at West Coast Divers  for my regular chats with Nemo and the like...with my great dive buddy, occasional muse and Dive master...Clive Davis, he has been one of my constant sources of encouragement and just had to have a mention.   So back to Monday morning and Acu-Nova, start with the business plan again which I realise that while I am writing this I could be killing two birds with one stone and building a website at the same time, more or less using the same information...and I am hating this business plan, already have my purchased domain names of  www.acu-nova.es and .com  bought over a year ago and put on the back burner!  so needed to buy some hosting and learn to build a website.....daunting, but finances do not allow for me to purchase the expertise of a professional so this will be a sharp learning curve!  4pm Monday afternoon....still struggling to buy hosting ... some people click a few buttons,  I end up on the telephone trying to explain to some poor Spanish tecnico what exactly it is that I want and need.  7pm Monday...glass of wine and a celebration, am now the proud owner of hosting from "1 and 1" using thier "easy peasy any idiot can do this"  website designer  "instant web pro"  decide its time to switch off the computer for the night at least ending the day on a satisfied note :-)  and managed to successfully avoid writing the business plan  oh noooooooooo.

Arranged to Meet Vicki for the first time...hoping she is going to be the lady to kick me into action, have heard some great things.....feeling really nervous,  However i needn´t have done,  Vicki arrives at Bar Bosch with her 5 year old assistant (she has fitted me in on her day off...as always going beyond the call of duty!)  and whilst wonderful assistant draws some amazing mermaids we start to chat about Acu-Nova and my dreams and plans and how she thinks I can make all this a reality....an hour and half later I am inspired and enthused,  and we make a plan to meet at my house/clinic  in 2 weeks time when i will have improved my business plan and got my thoughts firmly in order.....
Tommorow is my daughters 21st birthday so rush off to organize helium for the balloons and hire a car ...how can i possibly be old enough to have a 21 year old argghghghhghg........  no more time for procrastination   Acu-Nova starts now before I am still talking about it on my grandson/ daughters 21st birthday!!!!!!

Day 1

After over a year of procrastination I finally made the decision to get this thing up and running, It had got to the point where my friends...they know who they are....were bored of hearing about Acu-Nova and cosmetic acupuncture and "when i have my business I will do this and that and the other"...So day1.....wake up and consider procrastination again.....realise I am now procrastinating about procrastinating!  So really decide I need a dynamic person to finally kick me into action,   So I arrange to meet a lady I have heard of who is a great PR person here on the island....we arrange to meet in one weeks time....so now time to collate all the information I have been carefully storing for the last year.....yeahhh....I think this is really going to happen
